Where our reviews come from
Reviews shown on this site come from two places:
- Reviews left on our Etsy shop, republished with the reviewer's original wording and marked as coming from Etsy.
- Reviews submitted directly on this site.
Etsy reviews can only be left by people who bought the product, which is why they carry a verified-buyer mark.
No incentives
We do not offer discounts, free products, entries into draws or anything else in exchange for a review.
We don't hide negative reviews
We do not remove or hide negative reviews. Reviews are only ever withheld if they are spam, abusive, off-topic, or contain someone's personal information.
No edits, no fake reviews
We do not edit the wording of a review. Seller responses are clearly labelled as coming from us.
Nobody connected to Spiffy Brand writes reviews presented as customer reviews.
