Item was exactly as pictured with its awesome design, and met all expectations when it arrived. What really blew me away, however, was the incredible customer service. These laces are so stinking cute! We bought the dinosaur ones for my daughter. It's her 1st pair of lace up shoes so we wanted to do something fun. What I didn't realize is the laces have (very nice ) end caps that are just a smidge bigger then traditional ones. So unfortunately they don't fit. This is completely an oversight on my side and otherwise I'd have nothing but positive to say. They came 3 days before expected delivery date the product in question seems wonderful quality, just unfortunately the shoes have untraditional eyelets. I will be keeping them and hopefully we'll use them on her next pair of shoes.

A wonderful small business, really. They're pretty much what I expecting considering I have worn them every day on my Air Force 1's since August 13. It's been about a month, here are my takeaways... I wear my laces tight. That being said I expect fraying especially on the sides from the eyelets. Indeed, that is what has happened. color damage with wearing laces tight, also expected, and it's significantly less than I had thought it would be by now. The laces are silky to the touch, so I have to tie them pretty often. (Doesn't bother me a bit). The endcaps on the laces however have shocked me. They have the spiffy logo and the black paint and logo is chipping, likely because it hits the metal lace lock on AF1's. It makes sense. Overall the laces are beautiful. I get compliments on them daily. I'll be buying them again. :)

I ordered these great dino laces and was sent alien laces instead by mistake. My partner liked the alien ones so much I shared them with him and asked the shop owner if I could re-order in a way that wouldn't mess up inventory and they sent me a free pair of dino laces! That was extremely kind of them. The laces are great and I REALLY like the weight of the aglet since I'm using these on my new backpack to make my zippers would accessible rather than on shoes. Very pleased. :)
